Cup holders are not created equal….,
The product works well and was easy to set up. However, all cup holders are not created equal. I have a Dodge Ram 1500 with a fold-down cup holder and am using the mount in it. The cup holder is a little flimsy (on my truck) and the product is holding steady in the truck cup mount. I wish I could shorten the length of the gooseneck but it’s not a problem. This would work perfectly in a car with a center console and cup holders molded into the console.

|Nifty mount, but has some weak points.,
The cup holder attachment itself is very nicely made and can easily be tightened very firmly. It has flexibility for various cup holder sizes. The gooseneck arm is made out of metal, very rigid, but still flexible enough to allow for lots of different orientations. Also very well made.
There are two weak points. One is the plastic attachment between the arm and cup holder mount. Mine cracked as soon as I attached it to the cup holder mount. The crack doesn’t seem to detract from performance. The arm doesn’t topple over or sag noticeably.
The other weak point is the clip that secures the Sirius unit to the arm. It is secured by friction and gravity. Also seems to work well without noticeable jiggle. But because the clip is not mechanically fastened to the arm, it can be knocked out of place.
